have registered your child(ren) for a Pinnacle Online
High School course,
student data will be collected and stored within our secure server. Your student will be assigned a Pinnacle Online High School
student id number. If your student is
under 18 years of age, you, as the parent, can be provided the students login
name and password which would allow you to access you student’s account. Parent
contact information, such as phone number and email address, must be provided
to Pinnacle Online High School
at enrollment in order for student login name and password to be provided. If you do not provide such information at the
time of enrollment and at a later date you wish to review your student’s school
activities, you must contact the Pinnacle Online High School’s Virtual Guidance
Department by calling 1.888.567.1844 or 480.755.8222 x 2965. Parents of
Pinnacle Online High School Students are given access to a parent portal which
allows them to review their student’s activity (time & pace) and
grades.
Neither
student nor parent can modify any student personal information through the
online system. To make any changes to a
student’s personal information, the student or parent must contact the Pinnacle Online High School’s
Virtual Guidance Department by calling 1.888.567.1844 or 480.755.8222 x 2965.
Pinnacle Online
High School, its affiliates, and/or your local
school may use personal contact data provided by you or your student to contact
you about your children's progress, testing or attendance, customer service and
quality control procedures. To the extent third party vendors assist Pinnacle
Online High School and/or its affiliates in the provision of online products or
services, those vendors are provided the minimum amount of data required to
perform the tasks for which they have been engaged, have no independent rights
to such data, and have agreed to adhere to the Pinnacle Online High School
Privacy Policy.
Pinnacle Online

information on your student’s account information page to provide you and/or
your student with information about new products and services available
through Pinnacle
Online High
School. Any contact initiated by Pinnacle Online
High School will pertain only to Pinnacle Online High School, and will not

receiving such information by making a request in writing to pinnacle@pin-ed.com.
